Conference Details:
When you arrive, please stop by the registration table at the Bear Lodge to PICK UP your name badge, program, etc.
Meals: Only those who have pre-paid will be accommodated — BRR Travelers have been confirmed as registered for all meals and events.
Reception – light appetizers & drinks – followed by an amazing dinner
Breakfast will be provided in the morning on Day 2

Dress Code: Business Casual
At this time of the year, many of the buildings are pretty warm – we encourage layers.
**dinner is NOT formal dress. Reindeer Games – come prepared to laugh and have FUN.
The sun is out, bring your sunglasses—snow makes it extra bright.
Outer gear: we anticipate above 20. The northern lights will be at night, and it will be colder, so you will want to dress for this. Warm boots, wool socks. The hotel also indicates you can request a wake up call for northern lights.
