Cultural Diversity Committee Purpose: 

Encourages diversity and unity, celebrates differences, recognizes Fair Housing Month, promotes At Home with Diversity (AHWD) certification, holds regular meetings.

Mission Statement: 

We strive to foster a culture where diversity and inclusion are integrated into our shared mission to advocate, educate and connect in assisting clients and customers on the path to homeownership.

There is a variety of resources available to increase awareness of inequities in the real estate industry while also boosting your understanding of how you can help close those gaps.
