2020 REALTOR® Awards Gala

Friday, March 6, 2020!

The evening kicks off with a cocktail hour from 6:00-7:00 p.m. Dinner will be served at 7:00 p.m with the program beginning at 8:00 p.m. The after party starts immediately following the program.

Doors will open at 5:45 p.m. to help facilitate check-in.

NEW! This year, you’ll enter Boise Centre West through the Front Street entrance. Once inside, you can check in, drop your jacket off at the coat check, and then head to the lobby to grab a glass of champagne and have your photo taken.

The theme this year is the Roaring 20’s!  Themed attire is not required, however guests typically arrive in formal wear.

Salad: Snake River Valley Wine Country Salad
Organic Mixed Greens, Red Grapes, Candied Walnuts, Local Goat Cheese, Roasted Garlic-Balsamic Vinaigrette

Entrée: Seared Petite Filet Mignon and Jumbo Prawns
Rosemary-Roasted Red Potatoes, Mushroom Salad, Lemon-Chive Sauce

or Grilled Zucchini (Vegetarian, Gluten-free, Dairy-free Option)
With Quinoa-Kale-Black Bean Hash, Sweet Potato Puree, Vegan Pesto

Dessert: Creme Brulee or New York Cheesecake with Strawberries (will be alternating on the table)

Yes. Tickets are required for admission.

For Gala check-in, we’ll be scanning tickets, so you’ll need a physical copy of your Gala ticket from Eventbrite.

Each individual will need their own ticket to get in. If your company bought multiple tickets, those need to be distributed to each attendee prior to the event. Keep in mind, once a ticket has been scanned, it cannot be used again.

Premium gala tickets (open only to Designated REALTORS® and/or managing brokers begining Monday, January 20, 2020 at 9:00 a.m.) are $900 for a table of 10. Brokers will only be able to purchase tables during this time (limit 4 per brokerage).

General admission tickets (open Monday, February 3, 2020 at 9 a.m.) are $75 per seat or $750 for a table. 

The preferred method for purchasing tickets is through Eventbrite. This method provides the quickest way to purchase your tickets and select your seats.

PLEASE NOTE: The mobile version of Eventbrite will not allow you to select specific seats. We recommend completing your order on a desktop/laptop computer.

If you are unable to purchase tickets online, you may call 208-947-7236 and leave a voicemail with your name, number, and the number of tickets you would like to secure. Calls will be returned in the order received. Please note that purchasing via phone will not be faster or ensure better seats than purchasing online through Eventbrite. Leaving a message DOES NOT guarantee your order will be fulfilled. If tickets sell out before we are able to return your message, then your order will not be completed. Additionally, if you do not answer the phone when we return your call, we’ll call again when we’re able to.

THERE WILL BE NO IN PERSON TICKET SALES.

The Eventbrite ticketing system can process a maximum of 100 tickets (10 tables) per transaction. If you need more than 100 tickets you will have to make two separate transactions.

Unfortunately, no. Due to the size of the event, we are unable to add extra seats to any of the tables. Through the ticket selection process you are able to select seats for your attendees at a neighboring table, if available.

Tickets are non-refundable but they are transferable.

If you have tickets you’d like to sell or transfer, either do so independently or post how many tickets you would like to sell and how others should contact you to our Gala Facebook Event.

If the event sells out before you are able to purchase your tickets, post your name, phone number, email address and number of tickets you are looking for in our Gala Facebook Event or peruse the other posts to see what others are currently selling.

This discount is good for one-time use; available from 4:00 p.m. – 2:30 a.m.; must be used within a half mile radius of the Boise Centre; and the supply is limited.

Parking garages are located throughout downtown. Check parkboi.com for more information. You can also utilize Lyft, Uber, or local taxis to/from the event, especially if you plan to drink alcohol at the event.

Yes! The Gala Committee has secured discounted rooms for attendees at several downtown hotels. Please note: Discounted rates do not include taxes and BRR cannot guarantee the availability of discounted rooms.

The Grove Hotel — To receive the discounted rate of $149/night (normally $219/night), reserve online. Reservations must be made by February 2, 2020, to secure this rate.

Hotel 43 — To receive the discounted rate of $149/night for a standard single or double room (normally $249/night), or $169/night for the PURE single/double room (normally $269/night), reserve online. Reservations must be made by February 2, 2020, to secure this rate.

The Inn at 500 Capitol — To receive the discounted rate of $175/night for a standard or deluxe guest rooms, call the hotel at 208-227-0500 and identify yourself as a member of the “Boise Regional 2020 REALTORS® Awards Gala” group or reserve online.
