The Boise Regional REALTORS® Nominating and Elections Committee, with approval from the Board of Directors, presents the following list of eligible candidates for positions with the BRR and IR boards of directors. All candidates listed below have met the qualifications for the seat(s) for which they are running and are eligible for election (via online ballot) by the BRR membership. Voting will begin at 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 1, 2026, and will conclude at 11:59 p.m. on Monday, September 14, 2026.
Results of the election will be announced in-person at the Annual Membership meeting on Tuesday, September 15, 2026 and later transmitted electronically to the rest of the membership.
Per Section 11.3 of the bylaws, no more than three (3) REALTORS® from the same real estate firm may simultaneously serve on the Board of Directors. Should a Director change the real estate firm with which they’re affiliated during their term and become the “fourth” Director from one firm, that Director will be permitted to remain on the Board for the remainder for their term.
Candidates may run for multiple positions on the BRR board, but can only be elected for one position (i.e., Vice President or Director). Candidates can be elected to serve as directors on the BRR, IR, and NAR board at the same time. Members may vote for candidates who are running in multiple races for each respective race, if they choose.

What three (3) real estate issues are you most passionate about at the moment and why?
The three real estate issues I am most passionate about are housing affordability, private property rights, and a more predictable regulatory process.
Housing costs continue to rise, making homeownership harder for working families. We need policies that support responsible growth and a broader range of housing options.
Private property rights must also remain a priority. Regulations should be reasonable, consistent, and proportionate.
Finally, clearer and more efficient approval processes can reduce delays and costs that are ultimately passed on to buyers and renters.

My background in brokerage, development, title, and property management has given me a broad understanding of the issues affecting REALTORS®, property owners, and our communities. 1. Building Relationships:
Real estate is all about people, and I’m passionate about creating strong, lasting relationships with fellow agents and other professionals in the industry.
2. Advocating for Homeownership and Property Rights:
I care deeply about protecting homeowners’ rights and staying engaged in legislation that affects property ownership. I believe it’s our responsibility as REALTORS® to stay informed and involved, ensuring our clients and communities are represented and supported when policies or laws impact them.
3. Promoting Professionalism and Industry Standards:
I’m passionate about maintaining the integrity of our industry. I believe in raising the bar through education, ethical practices, and supporting initiatives that keep our profession strong. Keeping our role as real estate professionals relevant for years to come is especially important to me.

We are in uncertain times with high interest rates, rising property prices, government enforcement, potential privatization of the GSEs. 1. I believe education is the foundation of professionalism and exceptional client service. I’m passionate about helping REALTORS® continuously grow their knowledge, skills, and leadership abilities so they can confidently navigate an evolving industry and provide the highest level of service to their clients.
2. I’m passionate about developing future leaders within our profession. By encouraging volunteerism, committee involvement, and leadership opportunities, we can build a stronger association, foster collaboration, and ensure our members are prepared to lead at the local, state, and national levels.
3. As a native Idahoan, I am passionate about protecting property rights and supporting initiatives that increase access to homeownership while preserving the quality of life in our communities. As REALTORS® we have a responsibility to advocate for policies that promote housing opportunities and strengthen the communities we serve.

I’m most passionate about ensuring REALTORS® are doing right by the community and our clients, that the association is providing tools and resources to it’s membership to ensure continued success and striving to stay ahead of change curves elevating our practices.

I believe that we need to improve the quality of our work and improve our reputation. I believe that it is “not about me” and that we can and should be doing more to represent those we serve with quality and integrity.
I hope that we can do more together and I would like to see more participation and commitment to ourselves, our clients and the organizations that we are a part of.
I would like to know that we are working together and not against each other. We can do better and we can do more if we work together and support each other.

What three (3) real estate issues are you most passionate about at the moment and why?
Three issues I am passionate about in real estate are:
1. Expanding housing opportunities across Idaho.
A healthy housing market depends on having a variety of housing options that meet the needs of first-time buyers, growing families, and seniors looking to downsize. I am passionate about supporting thoughtful solutions that increase housing opportunities while preserving the unique character of Idaho’s communities. REALTORS® have an important role in bringing practical, market-based perspectives to these conversations.
2. Strengthening professionalism within our industry.
Consumers deserve knowledgeable, ethical, and well-trained REALTORS®. I am passionate about supporting high professional standards, continuing education, and policies that strengthen the credibility of our profession. My service on the IMLS Rules Committee and Boise Regional REALTORS® Board of Directors has reinforced the importance of collaboration, accountability, and leadership in maintaining public trust.
3. Ensuring a strong and engaged REALTOR® association.
Our association is most effective when members are informed, involved, and represented by leaders who listen and work together. I am passionate about encouraging member engagement, advocating on behalf of REALTORS® at the state and national levels, and helping our association remain responsive to the changing needs of our members and the communities they serve.
“I am interested in serving as a State Director with Idaho REALTORS® because I believe the strength of our profession depends on engaged leaders who are committed to serving both our members and the communities we represent. Throughout my career, I have found that some of the most meaningful opportunities have come through volunteer leadership, where I have been able to contribute to conversations that shape our industry and advocate for fellow REALTORS®.
Serving on the Boise Regional REALTORS® Board of Directors, acting as Board Liaison to the REALTOR® Outreach Committee, participating on the IMLS Rules Committee, and supporting RPAC have deepened my understanding of the issues facing our profession at both the local and state levels. 1. Expanding Opportunities for Homeownership
Homeownership changes lives, strengthens communities, and remains one of the best paths to building long-term wealth. I’m passionate about supporting policies that increase housing opportunities, improve affordability, and help more people achieve the dream of owning a home.
2. Developing Future REALTOR® Leaders
Some of the most rewarding experiences of my career have come through volunteer leadership. I believe our association is strongest when members get involved, share their perspectives, and help shape the future of our profession. I hope to encourage more REALTORS® to see leadership and volunteer service as a meaningful part of a successful career.
3. Helping Our Profession Navigate Change
Real estate is evolving rapidly. From artificial intelligence and emerging technologies to changing consumer expectations and industry regulations, our profession must continue to adapt. I’m passionate about helping REALTORS® embrace innovation thoughtfully while preserving the expertise, ethics, and trusted relationships that make us indispensable to our clients.

Longevity in this role matters. Understanding NAR’s governance, building relationships, and learning how the organization works takes time. The experience I’ve gained allows me to contribute more effectively today than when I first began serving.
I enjoy returning from national meetings with new ideas, market insights, and practical nuggets of information that benefits our members. Any volunteer who attends a conference on behalf of Boise Regional Realtors is expected to provide a report afterward, and I take that responsibility seriously because sharing what I learn is one of the most rewarding parts of serving.

Per Section 11.5a of BRR’s Bylaws:
Once the approved slate of candidates has been communicated, additional candidates for the offices and positions to be filled may be added to the slate by a petition signed by at least ten percent (10%) of the REALTOR® members eligible to vote. The petition shall be filed with the Chief Executive Officer at least fourteen (14) calendar days before the election.
